Services Provided
Zack Modifications offers custom modifications for FiveM, including scripting, EUP creation, and other related services.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available."

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only.
You must not use our services to distribute any illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any associated passwords.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to scripts, EUP, created by Zack Modifications
is the intellectual property of Zack Modifications. You may not distribute, modify, or sell any content provided by Zack Modifications
without explicit permission.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for services must be made in full before the delivery of any custom modifications.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered.
Limitation of Liability
Zack Modifications will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Changes to TOS
Zack Modifications reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
